Another Transfer

Hey I'm getting transferred

Update for this week:
Well it's gonna be crazy and I'm gonna miss my first area, but I'm excited to see the rest of the mission :)

This week we've been making a LOT of visits to all sorts of people. We were visiting this one family and there were like 3 cops outside their apartment building and we were like "hello" and they were like "where do you live" and we were like "North Bend" and they were like "oh who are you visiting then?" And we were like "this one" and they were like "oh ok you're good, that's not the one we're trying to contact" and we were like πŸ˜³πŸ˜…πŸ˜…
It was definitely odd for this area, ngl πŸ˜‚

Scripture of the week:
Jacob 4:6
"Wherefore, we search the prophets, and we have many revelations and the spirit of prophecy; and having all these witnesses we obtain a hope, and our faith becometh unshaken, insomuch that we truly can command in the name of Jesus and the very trees obey us, or the mountains, or the waves of the sea."

Because we're able to know truth by the Holy Ghost we can KNOW for ourselves when someone is speaking truth. Because of that, when we hear the prophets and apostles and missionaries and anybody else share their witness of Jesus Christ with us, we can truly KNOW whether they're speaking truth and thus we can gain a knowledge, where our "faith becomes unshaken".

Fun Fact:
I'm going to Klahanie, wherever that is πŸ€” it sounds like somewhere in Hawaii

I painted a Book of Mormon to represent what it is to me: There are times in your life where you'll feel as though your back is against the red sea, with Pharoah's army in front of you. But by the spirit of revelation (@the Holy Ghost aka the dove) you will have faith to turn and walk into the sea, and although there are turbulent waters on either side of you, you will walk on dry ground. The Book of Mormon to me is one of the tools given to us to gain that faith and revelation to walk into the sea and if we stay faithful and true to God, no matter what happens we can always walk on dry ground.
